
We were engaged for a communication strategy building project by CARPE-EcoSattva, a company that specialises in waste management, waste water treatment and green cover management. With the objective of generating awareness regarding their operations, the project focus was on creating a holistic communications strategy with recommendations and best practices for better presence over online and offline media.

Project deliverables included – creating the brand story, brand personality and target audience analysis. A comprehensive list of recommendations and best practices were then provided on different forms of communication – online (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Quora, WhatsApp, Telegram) and offline (print media) along with key considerations for developing an organisational newsletter. Trainings were delivered to the team to put into action, the customised recommendations. Finally, to measure effectiveness of the recommendations, pre and post (90 days) Social Media audits were carried out.
